What is True Resiliency?
Resiliency is a term that is used and talked about frequently. However, many organizations provide a very misleading description of what it means to be ‘resilient. This one hour talk gives an overview of what ‘true’ resiliency is and how this idea applies to individuals traumatized by work-related catastrophic events.
TSRT for Veterans
Twenty to Forty Percent of Deployed veterans develop PTSD. Moreover, the majority, up to ninty percent, in some studies remain untreated or under treated. One of the main reasons for this very low rate of treatment sucess is veterans are not told key information about the cause and treatment of PTSD. This 10 week, hour long class teaches veterans and their loved ones the specific skills they need to naturally recover from even years, or decades long “duty-related PTSD.”
TSRT for High Risk Professionals
This intensive, two day seminar is designed to help high risk professionals develop the skills needed to naturally recover from the effects of work-related traumatizing events. Participants are encouraged to bring spouses and other loved one who would also be affected by these future traumas.

This intensive, two day seminar is designed to help leaders develop the structure and framework necessary to encourage natural recovery from work-related trauma. Topics include identify underlying assumptions, re-framing of situations and environments, and concrete guidelines for optimizing competency based recovery in subordinates.
Veteran’s and Future PTSD: How to Decrease Risk
Ninty Percent of Veternas will experience a ‘future” civilian related traumatic event and thirty seven percent of these veterans will develop “delayed onset” combat PTSD occuring years, or even decades after a veteran returns from a deployment. This intensive, interactive, hands on one day seminar teaches veterans, their loved ones, and interested members in the community specific natural recovery skills to help dramatically decrease veterans long term risk for developing PTSD.
